Standing With Afghan Women: Reflections From the December Rally

In December, OFAS organized a public rally to center Afghan women and girls facing bans on education and work.

Students spoke and shared testimony, calling on the Cornell community to stand in solidarity and keep attention on the situation Afghan women continue to face.

The rally was a reminder that advocacy is part of OFAS public life, standing alongside its cultural programming and community care.
